in workplaces. He will answer
questions such as: what are the first signs of
union organization and how can it be lawfully
avoided? What is the legal process for
union organization? What are employers
allowed to say and do during a union organizing
drive?
After attending the session, you will take
away practical tips about how you can learn
if an organizing drive is happening in your
workplace. You will hear about the first
steps you can take when you are served
with an application for union certification.
You will also learn about what you can and
cannot say in opposition to the union drive
before employees vote.
